Led a team of 6 designers through a pipeline of roughly 24 client projects per week, consistently delivering on tight deadlines. Raised quality across the team by running structured design reviews and critiques, setting and holding the standard for all client-facing work. Animator, Social Promotional Video, Scorpion Animate short-form promotional video for paid and organic campaigns across Google Performance Max, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, from concept through final delivery.
