Does your service include both audio and video edits?
Yes!
Can you improve the quality of audio?
Yes! However, there are some limitations as to what can be done, so please make sure to contact me for a quick assessment before ordering.
Do you offer custom orders?
Absolutely! Send me a message and let me know your specific needs.
Can you remove background hissing?
Mostly, yes. Because all audio is different, and recorded using different gear, it can vary greatly. There are times when really loud background hissing or echo in a room will make noise reduction impossible, and the audio will sound worse.
What formats do you use for audio?
I can handle most standard audio files like .mp3, .wav, etc. There is a problem with files specific to Mac, like Garageband files. Please export all audio to wav or mp3 before submission, and everything will be easy to work with.
What if a file is too large to submit via Fiverr?
You can upload your file to Dropbox or Google Drive (both have free versions) and then you create and share the link to me in the order window. It is not necessary to have any contact info from me to do this. Just paste the shared link and I can grab your file.
Do you provide discounts to repeat customers?
As we work together, I would be happy to discuss ongoing flat rates that work in your benefit.
Will you add music to the podcast for me?
Absolutely! I have access to the most prolific royalty-free music library in the world and will download and add whatever you wish, mixing it in to your podcast exactly how and where you want it.
