Absolutely, I can do that. Just provide me your brief and some references to support your idea.
What is the VRChat model include?
Eye tracking (including blinking), jiggle/dynamic bones, as well as basic body tracking. I don't provide any animations or expressions as of now for anything else.
Do you include the base model if I want to change clothing?
Yes, but for an additional fee starting at $150 depending on the type of character.
What is a revision?
Revision include modification of existing given art/traits only. Not another image or new concept.
What formats can you provide?
FBX file, .vrm
