This was my first project with Derek and I have to say he exceeded my expectations. His transcription is excellent and he delivered it several days early, which was a pleasant surprise. I’ll definitely work with him again! Thanks, Derek!

Derek O continues to provide what I believe is the best transcriptions on the platform. I have repeatedly used Derek O and have no reason to consider using anyone else for transcriptions. The transcriptions are accurate and detailed, the communication is friendly with quick responses, and the cost is very reasonable for the quality provided.
