Auditor – Assistance Manager - Ensuring all maintenance, preventive maintenance or alteration processes are completed and documented on the maintenance records as required by regulation and/or the customer’s requirements. - Ensuring all tool and equipment are maintained to a satisfactory standard. - Ensuring all maintenance records associated with inspection functions are properly completed, executed, and stored for easy retrieval, as required by regulations and customers. - Ensuring all parts destined for use on a civil aviation article are properly inspected and properly identified and/or tagged during maintenance, preventive maintenance, or alternation process, to prevent their inadvertent use in a civil aviation article. - Ensuring all the technical data used by approved maintenance organization personnel in performance of maintenance, preventive maintenance, or alteration for type of operation performed is current and in good condition when the work is being performed. - Oversee the proper calibration of inspection tools, equipment and the maintenance of calibration record to ensure that the inspection tools are in proper working order and the proper calibration information. - Ensuring of the policies and procedures as contained in approved company manuals are implemented. - Ensuring of the workload, people and resources as required in pursuing optimum organization efficiency. - Ensuring the work performing outside the Approved Maintenance Organization’s fixed location are maintained to a satisfactory standard. - Carry out external audit to certificated/ Non certificated maintenance contractor, issue the audit report and monitor the corrective action of audit finding (if any). - Carry out internal audit of the system & procedures and product audit all applicable Part 145 areas are covered throughout the maintenance activity.
