Sou Debapriya, professora de yoga certificada com 500 horas (RYT 500) Nível II pela Yoga Alliance. Também sou instrutora de Protocolo de Yoga certificada pelo Ministério de Ayush, do Governo da Índia. Concluí meu mestrado em Psicologia Clínica e também possuo um ano de experiência profissional em aconselhamento. Ofereço aulas de ioga online ao vivo de segunda a sexta-feira, com 2 turmas por dia — uma pela manhã e outra à noite. Cada sessão tem 45 minutos de duração.
Minhas aulas atendem a todos os iniciantes e aspirantes a alunos de ioga e são projetadas para ajudar pessoas na faixa dos 40 ou 50 anos que desejam começar a aprender mais sobre os fundamentos da ioga e garantir que desenvolvam força, flexibilidade e equilíbrio, além de promover relaxamento e alívio do estresse. Além disso, ofereço sessões de aconselhamento para ajudar você a lidar com quaisquer problemas pessoais ou emocionais que possam estar afetando sua saúde mental.
Com anos de experiência em ioga e aconselhamento, ajudei muitas pessoas a melhorar sua saúde e bem-estar geral.

My name is Debapriya. I am a clinical psychologist and a trained yoga instructor. My goal is to find a place where yoga meets mental health.
I have completed my masters in Clinical Psychology. I give online therapy and counselling to help you get out of the block of emotional turbulence. I am passionate towards guiding you be the best version of yourself.
In addition I am a yoga protocol instructor (YCB certified) with two year experience and completed RYT 500 hours (certified by Yoga alliance, USA)
My online classes are held to assist you with proper training & guidance.

Debapriya was really polite the whole time with me. I had to cancel the session a few times due to me starting self-employment and she was always very respectful and nice and had a lot of patience with me. Thank you so much again for that.

She is definitely one of the best trainers out there. None of her classes is monotonous. She focuses on every one and attends to each student's need separately. Love her classes.

Great class! Clear communication about start times and good cueing throughout the class. The teacher knew exactly where to start me off after providing her info about my concerns. Would definitely book again!
