Across McKinsey & Company, LK Architecture, L.M. Holder III, and Gensler, DeVont’e Collins developed a multidisciplinary experience base connecting architectural production, BIM documentation, design strategy, business analysis, client communication, and implementation thinking. Work included structured problem-solving, leadership development, professional communication, AI + digital transformation learning, financial-performance thinking, pyramid-principle story-lining, synthesis, proposal logic, and recommendations for ambiguous business challenges. Architectural work included Revit/BIM production, CAD documentation, SketchUp modeling, schematic design support, design development support, construction-document coordination, drawing revisions, material and finish research, specification support, consultant coordination, zoning research, RFI support, vendor coordination, presentation production, and client-facing visual storytelling. Project exposure included multifamily, hospitality, workplace, corporate office, food-service, residential, commercial, warehouse, sports, headquarters/training, and stadium proposal environments. Contributions supported SD, DD, and CD workflows, presentation decks, executive-level deliverables, brand integration, holistic user experience, sustainability dialogue, and multidisciplinary coordination. Experience included a 256-unit, 11-story, $100M urban infill development, a $1.8M–$23M multi-site franchise remodel program, global hospitality brand architecture, and major sports and headquarters work ranging from approximately $600M to $2.2B, including a $276M headquarters/training center. Across this period, the work evolved from architectural production into an integrated design-business platform translating architecture, planning, market awareness, operational strategy, and capital logic into technically coordinated, financially clear, presentation-ready solutions for complex built-environment challenges.
