I'm John. I help businesses connect their WordPress websites to organized customer follow-up. My focus is FluentCRM setup, email automation, contact segmentation and integrations with Fluent Forms and WooCommerce.
I also build n8n, Make.com and Zapier workflows using APIs and webhooks. From lead capture and welcome emails to customer onboarding and workflow troubleshooting, I build around your process, test the connections and provide clear documentation.
