BI Developer consulting for MSD Italia and Daiichi Sankyo Italia (pharma sector), specialized in data modeling and Power BI reporting. - Design and optimization of data models following star schema principles, with development of DAX measures and optimization of the tabular model (Power BI / SSAS Tabular). - Data cleaning, transformation and preparation (Power Query, SQL/T-SQL) from heterogeneous sources (SQL Server, Amazon Redshift) to feed the reporting models. - Full migration of a reporting environment from Qlik Sense to Power BI: requirements gathering, data model redesign, development of interactive and functional visualizations. - Implementation and maintenance of 10 data models and 16 strategic reports for sales monitoring, sales force management, customer engagement and incentive plans (SIP). - Creation of dashboards for internal sales monitoring and IQVIA data, with segmented access management to ensure security and compliance in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
