learning programming is hard for you and nothing helps. books, tutorials courses, doesn't help.
you managed to learn the basics, but you don't understand what to do with it, how everything works together.
you're stuck with your errors and problems you don't know how to solve, this does not make any sense to you at all.
I have been there years ago, I know all about this. learning programming is more than memorizing its a different way of thinking you need to get used to.
I know what a total beginner needs to practice to make things click, I know what basic projects and tasks you need to do to be able to code intuitively, once you get to that level you can learn and use any programming language.
I have studied the difference between human logic and machine logic. and I have compiled a list of exercises that increase the understanding of machine logic (which is what's behind the code and why you don't understand it).

how long is the lesson?
the lesson is 60 minutes, but im not strict about it.
are the lessons recorded or live?
the lessons are live using screen sharing and voice chat. sharing private info is allowed only on the order page chat (fiverr terms of service). do not share private info on the regular chat (the one you use to contact a seller).
how much does a lesson cost?
the price is on the gig page. next to the green order btn (usually, fiverr may change the page design).
how do you teach?
first i estimate the students level, most students come to me with a little experience with java. then i build lessons according to the students level, after we go over the basics, we will create a few console programs to develop the students "mechine/programming logic" and then oop,swing gui sql..

will you help me create a portfolio?
when the student reaches a level that he can create advanced gui database driven programs . i will guide and help design projects the student can show. i will also teach the student how to upload the code to github and create an online portfolio
how long will it take me to learn programming?
in short it depends on your motivation. for me personally it took half a year to learn programming, for some it takes longer some it takes less, I believe on average it takes a year to get to a decent level.
