Do I need to be "spiritual" or a Pagan to work with you?

What if I don't remember much of my childhood?
That’s completely okay and actually quite common in shadow work. I write my prompts to focus on "feelings" and "sensations" (like colors or textures) rather than just dates and facts. We work with whatever is available to you right now.
