Collect structured enquiries in Telegram instead of sorting through incomplete messages. I will build a menu-driven bot that asks your questions, confirms the request and alerts your manager.
BASIC: One enquiry flow with up to 5 fields and one manager chat alert.
STANDARD: Up to 10 fields, 2 conditional branches and one Google Sheets integration.
PREMIUM: Up to 15 fields, 4 branches, alerts routed to up to 3 manager chats and 2 supplied languages.
Useful for service requests, quote enquiries and order intake. Booking requests are enquiries, not confirmed calendar reservations.
You supply the questions, final text and routing rules. Source code, setup instructions and agreed sample-case testing are included. Message me before ordering to confirm scope and hosting. Hosting and paid tools are separate. Payments, AI, mass messaging and complex CRM integrations are not included. Revisions refine the agreed flow.

Does the bot use AI?
These packages use agreed rules and buttons so the enquiry flow is predictable. AI assistants are outside this gig's scope.
Can it save enquiries to Google Sheets?
Yes, Standard and Premium connect to one agreed Google Sheet and map the bot fields into its columns. You own the sheet and provide limited access using an agreed secure method.
Can it take bookings or payments?
It can collect a requested service and preferred date. It does not reserve calendar availability, process payments or confirm an appointment automatically in these packages.
Are hosting and maintenance included?
Code, setup instructions and deployment assistance to one compatible client-owned hosting account are included. Hosting fees, paid tools and ongoing maintenance are separate. Confirm the hosting plan before ordering.
What is a revision?
A revision refines the agreed messages, field validation or routing. New workflows, extra fields beyond the package limits and new integrations need a separate quote.
