Fiction Beta Reader

Sobre mim
As a beta reader, I assess the developmental aspects of fiction novels and make suggestions for improvement without forcing conformity or compromising your creativity. My passion is learning the message an author is conveying to their reader through the story and ensuring the novel in its entirety adheres to that message. With experience across all genres and hybrid genres, I have an understanding of reader expectations and am able to tailor my feedback around both this and the author's mission for their book.

I was thrilled when I got my beta reader feedback back. You can tell she actually read every word and the multiple concepts. The value for money here was exceptional. Will go back for book two and three! Thank you!

Danny delivered exactly what I needed: an honest, detailed beta read, not polite praise. She left 119 inline comments across the whole manuscript and answered every one of my questions directly, including the hard ones like "what's the weakest element" and "where did your attention drift". The report...

Danny Raye did a fantastic job demanding answers my brain as the author knew, but did not portray to the readers. I think her feedback will strengthen this book so much that anyone who reads it will recommend it. She points out areas I said I wanted to highlight but didn’t, or could have done better...

Danny Raye gave me exactly what I was looking for - an honest assessment of how well my opening arc was hooking her as a reader. She pointed out a few things that could be fixed as well, and told me what questions were arising, as well as how the answers paid off when they arrived. I got a good sense...
