What file formats can you work with?
I can work from PDFs, scanned images (JPG/PNG), Word documents, existing Excel/Google Sheets, website URLs, or even handwritten notes (if legible). Just share what you have.
How do you ensure accuracy?
I use a double-check process — entering data once, then reviewing against the source before delivery. For large projects I also use Excel validation rules to catch errors automatically. Accuracy is guaranteed and I'll redo any mistakes at no charge.
Can you handle confidential or sensitive data?
Yes. I treat all client data with strict confidentiality. I'm happy to sign an NDA before starting if your data is sensitive — just request it when you message me.
