What counts as a duplicate?
Rows must match across the complete original row. I check before trimming or label mapping, then keep the first occurrence and source order. Rows sharing an ID but differing elsewhere stay separate. Matching after normalization requires a separate agreement.
Will you preserve IDs, dates and formulas?
Leading-zero IDs stay text. I keep internal spaces, blank fields and source date/number meaning. I review formula files first, since removing rows can affect references. Formula repair, complex workbooks and macros need a separate agreed scope.
What files will I receive?
Both a cleaned XLSX and CSV, the original file and a check summary of changes by rule. XLSX formatting can include readable headers, filters and a frozen header. Optional blank-field flags identify issues without guessing missing values.
What does a revision cover?
Two revisions correct or adjust the agreed cleanup rules on the same supplied data. A new dataset, added worksheets, new matching logic or extra tasks require a separate offer. Please send clear revision instructions through Fiverr.
