I help researchers, students, and biotech teams analyze transcriptomics, single-cell RNA-seq, and multi-omics data with clear, reproducible, and biologically meaningful results.
I can work with bulk RNA-seq, single-cell RNA-seq, gene expression matrices, GEO datasets, processed proteomics tables, and other biological datasets that require differential expression, clustering, marker genes, pathway enrichment, or biomarker discovery.
Depending on your project, I can provide QC summaries, PCA, UMAP, clustering, volcano plots, heatmaps, differential expression analysis, GO/KEGG enrichment, candidate genes, biological interpretation, reproducible R/Python code, and a structured report.
My background as a biologist and PhD candidate allows me to connect computational results with real biological context, not just deliver plots or tables.

What type of omics data can you analyze?
I can work with bulk RNA-seq, single-cell RNA-seq, gene expression matrices, GEO datasets, processed proteomics tables and other biological datasets, depending on the format and objective.
Do you analyze raw FASTQ files?
Raw FASTQ analysis is available only after discussion, because it depends on file size, number of samples, quality control needs and the required pipeline. Please contact me first.
Can you work with public datasets from GEO?
Yes. I can help analyze public datasets from GEO or similar repositories if the data are available, well annotated and suitable for the requested analysis.
Do you analyze single-cell RNA-seq data?
Yes. I can work with single-cell RNA-seq data using Seurat or Scanpy, including QC, clustering, UMAP, marker genes and biological interpretation.
Can you analyze proteomics data?
Yes, if you provide processed protein abundance tables, LFQ intensity tables or normalized proteomics results. Raw mass spectrometry files are not included as a standard package.
Can you guarantee significant genes or biomarkers?
No. Results depend on sample size, data quality, experimental design and biological signal. I provide rigorous analysis, but I cannot guarantee specific findings.
What do you need to start?
I need your dataset, metadata or sample information, group labels, research question, expected outputs and any preferred tools or formats.
Do you provide code?
Yes. Depending on the package, I can provide reproducible R or Python code, scripts or a notebook with the analysis workflow.
Should I contact you before ordering?
Yes. Bioinformatics projects vary a lot, so it is better to review your data type, design and expected deliverables before starting.
