Which package is right for my business?
It depends on your strategic goal. The Starter package is for a solid, professional foundation. The Standard is a versatile visual system for digital growth. The Premium is a complete brand strategy investment. My "Investment Guide" in the gig description will help you choose with confidence.
Is your design process AI-generated or 100% human and creative?
My process is 100% human strategic craftsmanship. I do not use AI to generate concepts. Every design is an original work, created in collaboration with you to ensure your logo has a unique soul and purpose. It's my guarantee of authenticity.
What's the difference between a "revision" and a "new concept"?
A revision refines the concept we've already presented (we adjust color, shape, etc.). A new concept means starting from scratch to explore a completely different creative direction. My packages are designed to find the right path, then refine it to perfection for you.
What is your availability and response time?
My main working hours are Monday through Saturday, where my response time is very agile. Messages received on Sundays or outside business hours are my top priority on the next working day. Fluid and professional communication is always my commitment.
What happens after I approve a final design?
Congratulations! Once you approve the design, the "Asset Packaging" phase begins. I meticulously prepare all your final files. You will always receive a clear ETA for the delivery, which is typically within 24-48 business hours.
How long do revisions typically take?
Turnaround time depends on complexity. Minor tweaks may take 24h, while in-depth changes can take up to 72h. My commitment is transparency: I will always provide a clear and estimated delivery time for every new version you request.
What if I don't connect with any of the initial concepts?
My in-depth 'Alignment Briefing' process is designed to prevent this. However, if the first proposal doesn't connect, your feedback is crucial. The Standard and Premium packages include the flexibility to re-evaluate our strategy and explore a new conceptual direction together.
Do I truly own the full copyrights to my logo?
Yes, absolutely. Upon completion, you receive a formal Copyright Transfer document for the final design. It becomes your asset, 100% yours to use, register, and protect as you see fit. Unselected concepts remain part of my portfolio.
I don't understand the file formats, can you guide me?
Of course! Think of them as the keys to your brand. AI/SVG (Vector) is your master key, editable and infinitely scalable for print. PNG (Image) is your digital key, with a transparent background for web and social media. Your logo will look perfect everywhere.
What if I need a small modification in the future?
My goal is to be your long-term brand partner. Should you need future tweaks or new versions, existing clients always receive priority service and custom offers to continue evolving your brand together. Just reach out.
