App and systems engineer for DeeRoyal Homes, a real estate business focused on Lugbe, Abuja properties marketed primarily to diaspora Nigerian buyers. Brought in to solve a common real estate sales problem: leads coming in faster than manual follow-up could handle, with no structured way to track where each buyer was in the decision process. I designed and built a 9-stage CRM pipeline covering the full buyer journey, from first inquiry through property viewing, negotiation, and closing, with automated task assignment at each stage so no lead goes untouched. This pipeline is powered by five importable n8n workflows I built specifically for the business: automated lead capture from inbound channels, lead qualification logic, follow-up sequencing timed to buyer behavior, and internal task routing to the right team member. Alongside the CRM system, I built an AI chatbot knowledge base trained on DeeRoyal Homes' property listings, pricing structures, and common diaspora-buyer questions (financing from abroad, remote viewing options, legal documentation), so prospective buyers get accurate answers instantly rather than waiting on a human response across time zones. I also designed and shipped a standalone property management website for the business, and produced diaspora-targeted marketing copy used across Facebook to drive qualified inquiries into the new pipeline. The result was a real estate operation with a repeatable, trackable sales process instead of ad hoc manual follow-up and a reusable proof-of-work system now used as a live case study in my own freelance portfolio.

Applied AI and automation development for NeoLife Nigeria, a network-marketing distribution business, alongside my primary freelance AI engineering work. This role gave me a second, non-software-client environment to test and refine automation patterns before productizing them for AI CYBORG's client-facing services. Work in this role centers on applying the same automation thinking used in client projects — lead follow-up sequencing, customer onboarding flows, and structured content workflows — to a direct-sales business model where consistency and speed of follow-up directly affect income. Rather than treating this as a purely manual side activity, I used it as a live environment to prototype and stress-test lightweight automation approaches: templated but personalized outreach sequences, systematic onboarding steps for new distributors, and repeatable content scheduling for product promotion. This work also shaped how I think about productized versus one-off service delivery, since network marketing depends heavily on leveraged, repeatable systems rather than one-time transactions — a principle I've since applied to how I structure AI CYBORG's own service packages and client onboarding flows.

Core responsibilities and work include: Designing AI voice agents using Vapi, Retell AI, ElevenLabs, and Twilio for inbound/outbound calling, appointment booking, and lead qualification. Architecting the "Central AI Governor," a dispatcher-style orchestration layer that routes conversations and tasks across specialized sub-agents, and the "Hermes" multi-agent framework built on top of it. Building retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems using LangChain, Pinecone, and Qdrant, integrated with Claude and OpenAI APIs, so client-facing AI agents answer from accurate, business-specific knowledge bases rather than generic responses. Connecting these AI systems into real business infrastructure — GoHighLevel, HubSpot, and Zoho CRMs — and automating the workflows around them with n8n, Make.com, and Zapier, covering lead intake, qualification, follow-up sequencing, and task assignment. On the delivery side, I also build the surrounding full-stack product when needed, using Next.js, Supabase, Firebase, and Flutter, so clients get a working system end-to-end rather than a disconnected AI layer bolted onto existing tools. Recent work includes a complete WhatsApp AI SaaS platform architecture, five importable n8n workflow templates covering AI receptionist, review management, cart recovery, and lead qualification, and a set of twelve industry-specific AI agent system prompts built for reuse across verticals.
