I work as your vCISO and cybersecurity consultant, looking at your security from two angles: the BISO view (how security supports the business) and the CISO view (how the program runs and gets measured).

What do you need from me to start?
A short overview of your product, team size, tech stack, cloud setup and compliance goals. If you have past audit, pentest or scan reports, share them and I'll build the remediation plan around them.
Do you run penetration tests or vulnerability scans?
No. This gig is advisory. I take your existing findings and turn them into a phase-by-phase remediation plan for application, mobile, infrastructure, cloud and other vulnerabilities, with owners and timelines.
Is this only for startups or also for enterprises?
Both. The Enterprise package adds a 12-month roadmap, an EASM implementation and transformation plan, SOC 2 and ISO 27001 readiness, and an AI transformation plan with AI security and governance.
What format will I receive?
An editable PowerPoint deck plus a PDF copy. Standard and Enterprise also include a written action plan your team can track week by week.
Can you keep advising us after delivery?
Yes. I can stay on as your startup cybersecurity advisor while you build the program. Message me after your order and we can set up ongoing sessions here on Fiverr.
What does the Monthly vCISO package include?
Up to 8 hours of advisory calls in the month, plus the strategy deck, a 12-month roadmap, a SOC 2 or ISO 27001 readiness plan, an EASM plan and an AI transformation plan. You can renew it each month.
