Crystalline did a great job disputing/appealing some music-based content ID claims on my Little Mermaid video. The wait wasn't too long given it was a Disney claim and they were even happy to give me a discount for being a kind, valued customer (even though it was still a bit expensive). Very much appreciated and highly recommended :)

awesome work again crystalline. Thanks !! When recapping I was very careful to not have any copyright claims, yet as soon as the video racked up 100k views a manual claim is placed by Warner Big corps can easily abuse claim system.
