How I Handle eCommerce Projects Technically I approach every store as a revenue system, not just a website. Store Structure and Optimization I ensure product pages, collections, and navigation are structured to improve user experience and reduce friction. This includes optimizing product descriptions, improving visual hierarchy, refining call-to-action placement, and ensuring the store is fully mobile-responsive. Conversion Funnel Development I analyze the full buying journey from landing page to checkout. I implement improvements such as optimized product pages, trust signals, streamlined checkout processes, and upsell opportunities to increase average order value and conversion rate. Marketing and Automation Integration I integrate email marketing flows, abandoned cart recovery, customer retention automation, and tracking tools so the store operates as a complete marketing ecosystem rather than just a storefront. Performance Tracking and Testing Every change is guided by data. I monitor metrics such as conversion rate, bounce rate, customer lifetime value, and traffic behavior. I also run structured tests on layout, pricing presentation, and promotional strategies to improve performance over time.
