What is included in your EmailOctopus setup?
Account and list setup, sender domain verification, signup form, branding, welcome email automation, and a newsletter template. Standard and Premium add multi-email EmailOctopus workflows, a landing page, segmentation and campaigns.
Can you migrate my list from Mailchimp or Klaviyo?
Yes. I clean and import your contacts into EmailOctopus, map tags and fields, keep unsubscribes and suppressed addresses out, and rebuild key automations. Premium covers one list migration. Send a CSV export, not your login.
My EmailOctopus form will not work on my website. Can you fix it?
Yes. I embed and style EmailOctopus forms on Cargo, WordPress, Webflow, Wix and Shopify, including builders where scripts fail to load. I test submission, the success message and mobile layout before delivery, so every signup reaches your list.
Can you stop my emails landing in spam?
I set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC on your sending domain, connect Amazon SES when needed, and fix tracking domain issues in EmailOctopus. I cannot promise inbox placement, but I remove the technical causes. Premium includes this.
What do you need from me to start?
Your logo and brand colors, sending email address and domain access, your contact list or CSV, your offer or lead magnet, and invited access to your EmailOctopus account. Never share your password. I work only through the access you approve.
What is not included, and do you offer ongoing support?
Not included: paid EmailOctopus or Amazon SES fees, writing long-form copy beyond the emails listed, and results guarantees. Extras add more emails or campaigns. Message me about monthly EmailOctopus list management.
