Managing 12 Testers for a Fitness App on Google Play Console

When the client came to me, they had built a fitness tracking Android app they were genuinely proud of but had hit a wall. Google Play Store would not approve their app for public launch without completing a mandatory closed testing period with real testers. They had no idea how to set it up, who to recruit, or how to manage the process and that is exactly where I came in. I took over the entire closed testing process from start to finish. I configured the closed testing environment on Google Play Console, handled all tester invitations, managed APK distribution, and set up a structured feedback collection system to keep everything organized and well documented throughout the engagement. I coordinated a dedicated team of 12 testers and 20 testers across a wide variety of Android devices, screen sizes, and OS versions. Each tester downloaded the app, actively used it throughout the full 14 days testing period, and provided structured feedback on their experience. I monitored tester activity daily, followed up with anyone falling behind, and kept the client updated with clear and regular progress reports.
