Can you set up leasing and applicants?
Yes. Listings, applicant management, application questions, lease templates and notice templates with AppFolio, Buildium, DoorLoop, RentRedi, Rent Manager and TenantCloud.
Can you set up maintenance requests?
Yes. Maintenance request forms, work order flows, vendor lists, categories, priority levels and notification settings with AppFolio, Buildium, DoorLoop, RentRedi and Rent Manager.
Can you set up tenant and owner portals?
Yes. Tenant portal, owner portal, message templates, announcements and notification settings with AppFolio, Buildium, DoorLoop, Rent Manager and RentRedi. Software plan fees are paid to the vendor from your own account.
What do you not do?
Software setup only. I do not handle rent collection, ledgers, accounting, bank or payment settings, or move financial history. Those stay with you or your bookkeeper. I import property, unit and contact lists from Excel or CSV and test on a sample property.
