We set out below our fees for trademark searches and registration in China.  

Trademark Registration  

• The fee we mentioned is only for one mark in two classes, and US$100 for each additional class.  

Services included:  

• Preparing and filing the China trademark application;  
• Reviewing and reporting the publication of the trademark;  
• Reviewing and forwarding the registration certificate;  

Trademark Registration Process

We will start calculating the working timeline on the day after the payment date, and in the case of cross-border payment, it will generally take a few days after the payment to arrive. 

After your company provides the materials, we will reply within 2 working days if additional materials are required, submit the trademark application within 3 working days after the materials are complete, and enter the serial number of the trademark in the Amazon system in the next 2 working days and send the receipt to your company.
