Led development and production deployment of a multi-agent AI orchestration system using NetworkX DAGs, specialized LLM agents, hybrid RAG, and Redshift tool-use for real-time operator support, recommendations, and live machine performance insights. Built power bidding and forecasting models (optimizing SMAPE) to generate actionable energy procurement recommendations based on historical and real-time data. Developed real-time computer vision pipelines for defect detection in tyre building processes, including advanced SEM image pre-processing for rubber compound samples (background streak removal using classical CV techniques like dilation, opening, morphological operations, and multiple approaches) to enable accurate impurity analysis.
