What do I need to send?
Travel dates, number and ages of travellers, interests, budget level, preferred pace, and any must-sees or must-avoids. Flight times help for day one.
Do you book hotels, tickets or flights?
No. This is a planning service. You book and pay yourself; I tell you what to book, how far ahead and where. I’m not a licensed tour guide
How long can the trip be?
Basic: 3 nights, one city. Standard: 5 nights, up to 2 cities. Premium: 7 nights, up to 3 cities. A longer or wider trip is a new plan, so message me first.
Is the information up to date?
I write from current information at delivery, but prices, hours and rules change. Please confirm with official sources. For visas, check your Chinese embassy or consulate.
What does Premium on-trip support include?
Daily 09:00-21:00 China time by Fiverr message, usually within 2 hours, up to 3 threads a day. Message or menu translation, wording requests, re-planning a rained-out day.
Is on-trip support an emergency service?
No. In an emergency in China call 110 (police), 120 (ambulance) or 119 (fire). My support is non-emergency language and itinerary help, not 24-hour, no calls or bookings.
What format is the plan?
Basic: PDF. Standard and Premium: PDF plus an Excel itinerary with a daily timeline, budget and booking-status columns.
How do changes work?
Basic: 1 revision, same destination. Standard: 1 adjustment, same cities. Premium: up to 3 rounds before you travel, plus small tweaks on the road. Adding a city is a new plan.
Is a Chinese name included in Premium?
Yes: three Chinese name candidates with Pinyin and meaning, plus one round of character tweaks. A full re-naming is not included.
Can you plan for families or special diets?
Yes. Tell me ages, mobility and dietary needs and I’ll pace the plan and food picks around them.
