Perguntas frequentes
I am launching my first Kajabi online course. Where do we begin?
We will start with your course outline, lesson materials, branding, and pricing. From there, I will organize the Kajabi course structure and set up the features included in your selected package.
What's included in your Kajabi course setup service?
Depending on the package, the work covers course creation, modules, lessons, content uploads, course customization, sales pages, offers, and student access configuration.
My course videos are already prepared. How will they be organized?
Your videos and supporting materials will be placed into clearly labeled modules and lessons, making the content easier for students to follow.
What's the difference between a Kajabi course and a Kajabi website?
A Kajabi course delivers structured learning content to enrolled students. A Kajabi website helps introduce your business, promote your programs, and guide visitors toward enrollment or other actions.
How do students purchase and access my course?
Kajabi uses Offers to package and sell eligible products. I'll configure the agreed offer and review the enrollment process, while payment activation and account verification remain your responsibility.
I already have a Kajabi website. Does it need to be rebuilt?
Not necessarily. An existing Kajabi site can often be extended with a new course, sales page, or updated course presentation. I will review your current setup before recommending changes.
What if I want to release lessons gradually?
Kajabi supports drip and locked content. These options can be configured when included in the project scope, allowing lessons to become available according to your preferred schedule or learning progression.
Are email automation and sales funnels included?
The Premium package includes one basic email workflow. Additional sequences, advanced funnels, and integrations can be quoted separately after reviewing your requirements.
Will my Kajabi course work on mobile devices?
Kajabi supports mobile course access. I will review the course presentation, navigation, and relevant website pages on mobile screen sizes before delivery.
What will I need to manage after delivery?
You'll have control of your Kajabi account, course content, and products. I will explain the completed setup and how to make common updates to lessons, offers, and pages.
