TECHNICAL SKILL
Business analysis: requirement elicitation skills, subject matter research and specification writing.
(1) Apply the business analysis techniques in typical day: BPM, MoSCoW, SWOT, Six Thinking Hats, The 5 Whys, User Stories, Non-Functional Requirement Analysis.
(2) Proficient in requirement management software: Excel, Confluence, ReqTest.
(3) Familiar with modelling and diagramming software: Moqups, Balsamiq, Visual Paradigm, draw.io, Lucidchart, Mermaid for Markdown.
(4) Understand the principles of these programming languages: Java, C#, R and Python, PHP.
(5) Carry hands-on experience with SQL. Possess a sound understanding of relational database (Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle); a basic knowledge of non-relational (Mongo DB), Cloud and Realtime databases.
(6) Prepare and maintain technical documents: BRD, FRD, SRD, RTM, Change Request Document.
Project management: Agile projects lead, project planning, quality control, team & risk management complying with Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI level 3), experienced in Microsoft tools and Atlassian suite.

From 2015 to 2019, I was Project Lead and Business Analyst in ELCA - Swiss IT company offering IT services including consulting, development and operations.
