ChaseOS is a human-AI operating system and governance layer for orchestrating agents, projects, knowledge and approvals. I designed and built the governance layer: a decision router that selects human, deterministic rules, or AI per step before anything executes, and per-project control-plane lanes carrying approval gates agents cannot self-authorise. The public core is MIT licensed. Chaser Agent, an open-source agent harness, ships with 28 tests across 10 suites and 5 golden evaluation datasets.
