I have ZERO complaints! Charlyn came highly recommended, and now I see why. She created a BEAUTIFUL cover for my author and delivered a spectacular interior layout for the book. There were two errors that she didn't correct. I don't know if she wasn't experienced enough or there was a lack of understanding.

Charlyn did an excellent job formatting my 372-page novel for paperback. She followed my instructions carefully, paid great attention to detail, and the final result is professional and beautifully presented.
