At Marko — Belarus' largest footwear manufacturer and one of the leading shoemaking companies in the CIS — I'm part of a team that brings comfort and style to customers across the globe. With over 4,500 employees and a production capacity of 5 million pairs annually, Marko is truly a powerhouse in the industry . My Role & Responsibilities: 1.Designing footwear — creating original models for men, women, and children that balance fashion trends with practical comfort 2.Production implementation — introducing new designs into the manufacturing process, ensuring they meet technical requirements and quality standards 3.Technical documentation — preparing and maintaining detailed specifications, construction drawings, and production instructions 4.Cross-team collaboration — working closely with technologists, production managers, and pattern makers to bring designs to life 5.Extensive communication — coordinating with multiple departments and colleagues daily to ensure smooth production flow What makes this role special: This is a deeply creative position where I get to translate ideas into wearable art — but it's also highly responsible. Every design must be comfortable, durable, and manufacturable at scale. And because production involves so many moving parts, I'm constantly communicating with people across the company — from the design studio to the factory floor. It's challenging, dynamic, and incredibly rewarding to see my designs walking on streets everywhere!

At my current role, I've had the pleasure of working on a wide variety of design projects that keep my creativity flowing: Designed professional business cards and stationery sets for corporate clients and small businesses Created eye-catching posters and advertising materials for marketing campaigns Developed banners for both print and digital use (web banners, social media ads, roll-ups) Handled visual branding for a café chain—including menu designs, signage, and product packaging Designed clothing tags and labels for local fashion brands Performed extensive photo retouching and color correction in Adobe Photoshop Restored and enhanced old, damaged family photos—bringing cherished memories back to life Additional Projects: Social media graphics and Instagram story templates Brochures and flyers for promotional events Logo design and brand identity elements Product labels for small-batch artisans Simple animations and GIFs for digital campaigns Invitations and save-the-date cards (my personal favorite!) Every project is an opportunity to connect with clients, understand their story, and deliver designs that truly represent them. I bring the same passion and attention to detail to every single piece—big or small.
