What Microsoft 365 issues can you help with?
I can assist with Outlook, Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, mailbox issues, DNS/SPF/DKIM configuration, email delivery problems, user setup, permissions, MFA, and general Microsoft 365 administration.
Do you provide remote support sessions?
Yes. All of my sessions are remote troubleshooting sessions using secure screen sharing tools to diagnose and resolve issues directly on your system or Microsoft 365 tenant.
Can you help recover deleted OneDrive or SharePoint files?
Yes. I can assist with recovering deleted or inaccessible files from OneDrive and SharePoint when recovery options are available through Microsoft 365 retention or recycle bin systems, but there is a limitation to what can be recovered. If it is outside of 30 days, you are out of luck.
Can you fix SPF, DKIM, and email delivery issues?
Yes. I can help troubleshoot and configure DNS, SPF, DKIM, and related email authentication settings to improve deliverability and reduce spam or rejection issues.

Yes. Most of my support experience involves helping small businesses and organizations manage Microsoft 365 environments, user accounts, permissions, and troubleshooting issues efficiently.
