Nearly 13 years at KAR Global (now known as "Openlane") (Sep 2007 to Jul 2020) across four IT support roles. Most recently, as a Support Analyst, I managed corporate network and account access via Active Directory, administrating employee access to internal tools, accounts, and websites. Before that, as a ServiceNow Technical Analyst, I administered the corporate ServiceNow platform: assigning and reassigning account groups, converting daily requests and incidents into Agile stories, and using Agile Scrum processes to build and modify Service Catalog items and automated approval workflows. I supported three major ServiceNow releases (London, Madrid, New York). Earlier still, as a Unified Communications / Telecom Technical Analyst, I administered and provided break/fix support for 100+ telephone systems across Avaya and Nortel platforms (Aura Messaging, System Manager, CS1000, BCM, Call Pilot), coordinated with telecom carriers to resolve service outages, and deployed a Fax2Mail e-faxing service to roughly 70 finance locations across North America. I started as an Operations Monitoring Technical Analyst, monitoring production systems and websites and handling outage escalation. That progression, from monitoring to hands-on platform administration to process automation, reflects the same systems-thinking and reliability I bring to every freelance project.
