I coach people through profound personal and systemic transitions, specializing in motivational techniques, sustainable habit formation, and building accountability structures in complex situations. Working with individuals going through significant life consequences has taught me the profound impact of non-judgmental support, clear strategy, and unwavering belief in a person's capacity for change. I bring that same focused, grounded partnership to all my mental wellness coaching/training clients. I work with people who are trying to rebuild their lives. Everyone has moments where they feel stuck or defined by their past mistakes. My role is to help them develop the skills to move forward such as managing impulses, handling stress, goal-setting, and making decisions that align with the future they want. I also support people post substance recovery and post correctional rehabilitation to support them in building skills that will help them resettle back to normal life.
