In this project, I worked with a government-related organization to digitize their service request process. Previously, citizens submitted complaints and requests manually, which caused delays and poor tracking. I developed a custom solution using Zoho Creator and Zoho CRM. I created an online portal where citizens could submit requests such as complaints, inquiries, and service applications. Each request was automatically captured in Zoho CRM and assigned to the appropriate department. I also set up workflows to track request progress and send updates to users. To improve transparency, I created dashboards that show request status, response time, and department performance. This system reduced manual work, improved response time, and made the process more transparent and efficient.

In this project, I worked with a real estate company that was struggling to manage property inquiries and follow up with leads. They were receiving many messages from their website, WhatsApp, and social media, but most leads were not properly tracked or followed up. I started by setting up Zoho CRM to organize their entire sales process. I created custom modules for properties, buyers, and agents. Each property listing was added with details like location, price, and availability. Then I designed Zoho Forms for their website so interested buyers could easily submit inquiries. I integrated Zoho Forms with Zoho CRM, so every new inquiry automatically created a lead. I also set up automation workflows that assign leads to agents based on location and send instant email and SMS notifications. To improve follow-up, I created reminders and task automation so agents never forget to call or message clients. I also built a sales pipeline that shows each stage from inquiry to property purchase. Finally, I created dashboards that show total leads, deals closed, and agent performance. After implementation, the company saw faster response time, better organization, and increased property sales.

Online Course Platform Setup (TrainerCentral + Zoho Sites)

I helped a coaching business build a complete online course platform using TrainerCentral and Zoho Sites. The client wanted to sell courses and manage students in one place. I created a professional website using Zoho Sites to showcase their courses. Then I set up TrainerCentral to host video lessons, quizzes, and course materials. I also configured student registration, payment integration, and course access control. Students could sign up, pay, and start learning immediately. To improve engagement, I added automated emails for course updates and progress tracking. After the project, the client successfully launched their online academy and started generating consistent income from course sales.
