Shri Chittaranjan Das had completed his graduation in Engineering in the field of Electronics i.e BE (Electronics) in the year 1984 from Shri G S Institute of Technology and Science, Indore (MP), India, did MSc (Quality Management) in the year 1991 from the Cranfield Institute of Technology, Cranfield, UK. After completion of graduation in Engineering in 1984, initially joined the Indian Space and research Organization (ISRO), Ahmedabad. Thereafter joined Oil & Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC).   In the year 1986 joined Standardization Testing Quality Certification Directorate of Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Government of India as Scientist B and subsequently got timely promotions for his outstanding works to various positions and reached highest post of Scientist G & Senior Director  and posted at various laboratories of STQC Directorate and retired from government service end of the year 2024 . He is Lead assessor for QMS (ISO 9001), ISMS (27001) and Laboratory Management System (ISO 17025) and had experience of more than 1000 man-days & 40 years for Certification and training for various Industries/organizations in India, China, Taiwan and USA
