Formerly Permitting Manager and Principal Engineer for the largest division of an S&P 500 company, I managed over $1.2 million annually in consultant services for the planning, permitting and design of land development projects.
I secured ministerial and discretionary land use permits for projects ranging from mixed-use transit-oriented developments to industrial facilities.
An expert in GIS-based site selection, I perfected title for the profitable $35 million sale of surplus industrial property in San Bernardino, California to Hillwood Properties, a Perot Company, for conversion to a high-tech logistics hub.

The smaller of 20 contiguous acres, or three (3) contiguous Assessor Parcel Numbers (APNs/AINs). Larger sites can still be analyzed, but may require a custom order.
What goes into a market analysis?
I gather information from various sources such as face-to-face interviews, paid databases, annual reports, surveys, economic forecasts and media releases.
Why is a market analysis important?
Potential investors, partners and buyers will want to know whether the area, region, or neighborhood can financially support the project you have in mind. A market analysis helps you determine and demonstrate whether or not the area can generate the revenues to make your project a good investment.
