I will do ecommerce bookkeeping for amazon, shopify, ebay in quickbooks
Ecommerce Accountant, Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor
Hi, I'm Sofia Karim, a Chartered Accountant and Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor with 5 years in ecommerce bookkeeping.
I offer ecommerce bookkeeping for Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Walmart and Etsy seller...
Sobre este Serviço
Are your Amazon, Shopify and eBay payouts sitting in QuickBooks as one deposit, with fees, refunds and sales tax never split out?
Ecommerce bookkeeping is not ordinary bookkeeping. Payouts arrive net of fees and refunds, so a bank feed alone hides your real sales and margins. Yours need a chart of accounts by channel, payouts split before reconciling, COGS tracked and sales tax by state.
That is where I come in.

Perguntas frequentes
Which ecommerce stores do you do bookkeeping for?
I do ecommerce bookkeeping for Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Walmart, Etsy, WooCommerce and TikTok Shop sellers, with PayPal and Stripe payouts. If you sell on another platform, message me and I'll confirm.
Do you work in QuickBooks only, and which QuickBooks plan do I need?
Yes, QuickBooks only. I'm a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor. Simple Start works for a single store; Essentials or Plus if you want inventory and COGS tracked by channel. If you have no QuickBooks yet, I'll help you pick the right plan before you buy it.
How do you record and reconcile my Amazon and Shopify payouts in QuickBooks?
Each settlement is split into gross sales, platform fees, refunds, shipping and sales tax, then the net payout is matched to the deposit in your bank feed. Your P&L shows full sales and full fees instead of one lump deposit, and every payout ties to the bank to the cent.
What do you need from me to start, and how do I give you QuickBooks access?
Invite me to QuickBooks as an accountant user (Gear, Manage users, Accounting firms), share payout or settlement reports from each platform, bank and card statements for the period, and tell me the months to cover. I'll guide you through each step in chat.
Is my store and bank data kept confidential?
Yes. Your QuickBooks, seller accounts and statements are used only for your books and never shared. Remove my access the moment the work is done.
My ecommerce books are behind since 2025, 2024, 2023 or earlier. Can you still catch them up?
Yes, I can do ecommerce bookkeeping catch up and cleanup for 2025, 2024, 2023 and even earlier years. I will fix wrong categorization, remove duplicates, split the payouts, reconcile every bank account and provide tax ready reports. Then I can also keep your books current on a monthly basis.
Can you continue my QuickBooks from where my previous bookkeeper left off, or do you start from scratch?
I continue from where they left off. I review the file first, keep the correct history, fix the chart of accounts, categorization and duplicates, split the payouts and reconcile every account from the last reconciled month. A fresh file is set up only if you ask for one.
Do you handle sales tax, COGS and inventory for ecommerce sellers?
Yes. I track the sales tax you collect and remit by state, so your liability is always visible. I record your COGS and inventory per channel from your purchase and landed cost data, so you see each store's true profit margin. I do not file sales tax returns.
My transaction volume is higher than your gig packages. How will you price it?
Message me with your platforms and your monthly transaction count. I will send you a custom offer for the exact scope before you order, and the price in that offer is the final price.
Will my reports be tax ready for my CPA or accountant?
Yes. You will get CPA ready Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow reports, reconciled to your bank, so your accountant can file straight from them.
