Sobre mim
Hi, I'm Carissa! I'm a licensed physical therapist and busy mom of two toddlers. I create honest, relatable UGC for health and wellness, fitness, parenting, and pet brands. I'm picky about quality ingredients and comfortable products that fit a real family's day, so my reviews feel authentic, not scripted. I also bring a PT's perspective on movement, recovery, and everyday wellness. My goal is help others learn how to be consistent with movement and be more health conscious, without feeling overwhelmed. Let's make content your customers trust!... Saiba mais
