I will do an entire house - but will require thorough details and dimensions from the homeowner. I will also do large building but then would do one floor per gig.
Has this helped home owners sell their properties?
I came up with this idea two years ago when I viewed an apartment my partner had interest in buying - however he struggled to see its potential and thought it was more trouble than it was worth. I created a virtual renovation for him and only then did the property excite him. so yes it works.
