Coordinating host onboarding and usage of brand talking points Serving as the day-to-day liaison for media agencies, brands, and podcast talent. Supporting campaign performance reporting, billing coordination, and resolving issues related to compliance or content standards. Ensuring a high standard of client service, creative alignment, and cross-team communication in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
