Founder of Budgie Connect, an agency that builds AI voice agents, workflow automations, and websites for small and medium businesses. I build custom systems rather than template configurations. My flagship build is a custom AI voice agent embedded in a power dialer I built from scratch: parallel dialing, silent conference bridging, and an AI agent that answers calls, runs cold-call scripts with objection handling, and writes outcomes back to the CRM. The pipeline ships with a 91-case automated test suite. Client work includes an end-to-end sponsor intake and AI screening pipeline in GoHighLevel: form to opportunity, instant automated replies, AI scoring, accept and reject branches with tagging and decline emails, fully tested before handoff. I also build desktop tools and media automation pipelines. One example: a Windows tray app that transforms selected text via global hotkey through multiple AI services, with keys stored in the OS keyring and a parallel hotkey path for text-to-speech. Stack: GoHighLevel, Twilio, OpenAI Realtime, Pipecat, Python, custom web apps. I focus on automations that are documented, tested, and handed over so the team can run them without me.
