Cost Management: During the design phase, calculate the land target cost based on layout drawings; during the bidding phase, prepare the construction drawing budget list. Plan contracts for various disciplines, determine and input established professional target costs into the system; review the bids submitted by contractors, and recheck whether quantities and unit prices comply with the company's standards; audit the rationality of any change orders or variation requests during contract execution; monitor and provide early warnings for overall project contracts and cost risks. 3. Contract Management: Plan construction contracts for various disciplines, calculate the project’s payable funds, and submit the next month's fund plan to the group; responsible for project process management including contract interpretation, signing, acceptance, payment, settlement, and maintenance. 4. Settlement Management (including planning and target responsibility management): Responsible for subcontract settlement management, including but not limited to: confirming contract expenses, approving variations outside the contract, setting new unit prices, and reviewing claims and compensation costs; manage claims and counterclaims, with a contractor claim of 7.6 million ultimately determined to be 1.7535 million.
