Hi, I'm Cuong, a construction payment and settlement specialist from Vietnam. My day job is checking contractors' quantities against drawings before money changes hands, so I measure carefully and flag what doesn't add up. I prepare quantity takeoffs and BOQs from your PDF or DWG drawings: concrete, rebar, wood framing, roofing, insulation, doors, windows and drywall.
