I troubleshoot and resolve VPN, IPsec, firewall, routing, VLAN and network connectivity issues across business and multi-site environments. I work with MikroTik, WatchGuard, site-to-site VPNs, IKEv2, NAT, routing, network segmentation, Wi-Fi, DNS connectivity, firewall policies and related infrastructure.
I can help diagnose broken tunnels, traffic not passing between networks, routing problems, incorrect firewall rules, VLAN communication issues, remote access problems, unstable connectivity and complex multi-device scenarios.

I can troubleshoot VPN, IPsec, routing, VLAN, firewall, NAT, DNS connectivity, Wi-Fi and general network communication issues across single-site and multi-site environments.
Do you work with MikroTik and WatchGuard?
Yes. I can troubleshoot MikroTik RouterOS and WatchGuard environments, including VPNs, firewall policies, routing, NAT, VLANs and connectivity problems.
Can you troubleshoot site-to-site VPN and IPsec tunnels?
Yes. I can diagnose tunnel establishment, phase 1/2 issues, routing, encryption settings, selectors, NAT, firewall rules and traffic not passing between sites.
What information should I send?
Send the issue description, network diagram, relevant logs, screenshots, sanitized configuration and expected result. Do not send passwords, private keys or other credentials.
Do you require a meeting or remote session?
Usually no. I prefer asynchronous troubleshooting. If direct access is technically necessary, we can agree on a secure method after reviewing the issue.
