These are fake robotic downloads that only display as numbers on the Play Store, but no actual users will sign up. Fiverr even recommends and promotes such gigs! This is a waste of both time and money and could harm your app's credibility on the Play Store.

The ad stated that it would be shown worldwide, not just in India, Bangladesh, and Vietnam. However, I only received installs from these 3 countries, and I don’t think they’re even real, because there was no activity, only installs. I’m not satisfied.

I think it's better to just do your own google ads, if you set countries to only india, bangladesh mm... the avg CPA would hit exactly what this person is delivering. Your costs might even be a lot less. If your truly looking for downloads that will drive you actual sales, do it yourself and go for quality of quantity.
