I served as the Lead Designer for a major residential redevelopment project in Berlin-Mitte, focusing on high-density luxury apartments that balanced modern aesthetics with strict German energy-efficiency standards (KfW). My responsibilities included the end-to-end management of the architectural lifecycle, starting from initial site analysis and 2D floor plan optimization to final 3D realistic rendering for investor presentations. I utilized Revit to develop full BIM models, ensuring seamless coordination between structural engineers and MEP consultants. I was responsible for producing the entire Bauantrag (Permit Drawing) set, including detailed elevations, sections, and site plans that adhered to local building codes. This project required a high level of space-planning expertise to maximize liveable area while maintaining aesthetic elegance. My work helped secure city approval six weeks ahead of schedule and facilitated a pre-sale of 70% of the units through photorealistic exterior and interior visualizations. This experience solidified my ability to deliver technical excellence and high-end design for complex, large-scale residential projects.
