How are sessions held / How will we communicate?
Sessions are held by Phone Calls / Zoom Meetings / Emails. I will let you choose the main form of communication we use for this session. I respect your privacy. [For Zoom Meetings - We'll schedule a time to talk, and then I'll send the link after you've purchased the gig]. Contact info is requested.
How many sessions will I need to book? How often should I schedule a session?
Unfortunately, I cannot answer these questions without knowing about where you are in life and what you want out of the session. As a general timeframe, most people will book approximately 5-7 sessions - one per week. (A follow-up is good to deepen or condition the change).
What is a session like with you?
Everyone is different and everyone has different needs so each session is different. We talk through what you are going through, what you would like to change, and why you are the way you are. It is all about trial and error. You tell me your needs and I will find the right coping skills.
What if I just want to have a conversation?
That's perfectly fine! I am here for YOU. Having someone to converse with, or be heard by is a good thing.
When are you available?
Available 24/7 online. Please make sure you are on time for your scheduled appointment. I am sure we can find times that work for both of us. NOTE: In case of No Show - I will count this gig as delivered because I set time aside for you. Appointments will NOT be rescheduled once they are confirmed.
Will our conversation be confidential?
Absolutely. All information shared during our sessions is 100% between the two of us alone.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule a session?
If you need to cancel or reschedule (I need at least 2 hours' notice). If you cancel at the last minute I reserve the right to declare the session forfeit. You can easily cancel or reschedule by messaging me or emailing me.
