I helped GRAVIHEALTH move its coaching business to Trainerize, Everfit, and Kahunas with minimal disruption to its day-to-day operations. The main challenge was organizing workout programs, client records, and coaching content into a system that was easy for both coaches and clients to use. I handled the migration, transferred and verified client data, set up training programs, and made sure everything was accurate and properly organized. I also optimized the platform structure to make daily management simpler, helping the team save time and deliver a smoother coaching experience. By keeping the process organized and paying close attention to detail, I ensured a seamless transition so the team could stay focused on coaching while I took care of the setup.
